It is highly recommended that you fill in all fields as requested so as to facilitate matters for the Chancery, and for the Magistral Council to be in a better position to evaluate your Application Form and accompanying documents.
Please note that the Chancellor may, at his discretion, request further information than is listed on the Application Form, as well as other documentation relevant to said Application Form and to your subsequent admission into our Order.
