GRAND MAGISTERIUM
MAGISTRAL COUNCIL
The Supreme Organ of OBSS is the Magistral Council, presided by the Prince Grand Master. The Vicar Grand Master is the Vice President.
The Members of the Magistral Council who, as Dignitaries of the Order are addressed as Excellency, are chosen from among the Knights Grand Cross of Obedience and Devotion.
The Magistral Council meets in the Magistral Seat of OBSS at least once a year, when convened by the, to review the moral, social and financial state of OBSS and to review the international development program.
EXECUTIVE COUNCIL
The Administrative Organ of OBSS is the Executive Council, presided by the PRINCE GRAND MASTER. The Vicar Grand Master is the Vice President.
The Executive Council meets at least quarterly, when convened by the PRINCE GRAND MASTER:
The OBSS Mint and Magistral Post are administered by the Mint and Post Commision, presided by the Vicar Grand Master.
The Mint is responsible for issuing:
TITLES OF NOBILITY
OBSS, in the person of the Sovereign Hereditary , sole holder of the fons honorum, confers the following Titles of Nobility:
Noble, Hereditary Knight, Baron, Viscount, Count, Marquis.
HERALDIC COUNCIL
The Heraldic Council, presided by the Grand Herald, examines proposals and petitions regarding Memberswho have distinguished themselvesfor exceptional services rendered to OBSS recommending to the PRINCE GRAND MASTER the conferment of a Title of Nobility, ad personam or in hereditary form
The Heraldic Council shall adjudicate on
the validity of Titles of Nobility not belonging to the Order
COLLEGE OF NOBLES
The College of Nobles is administered by a Council presided by the Lieutenant Grand Master and composed of four Knights Grand Cross of Justice.
Knights and Dames of Justice are enrolled in the College of Nobles with all the duties, rights and privileges pertaining to their Category.
GUARD OF HONOUR
The OBSS Gaurd of Honour, composed mainly of Knights who have served in the Armed Forces, falls under the juisdication of the Grand Ceremonist.
The Gaurd of Honour shall accompany and protect
the PRINCE GRAND MASTER
during
Ceremonies and Official Functions.
COUNCIL OF HONOUR
The Council of Honour, institutes disciplinary steps against Members of the Order.
Each accused has the right to be heard in defence. The PRINCE GRAND MASTER may howevcer decree directly the dismissal of the accused if the accusations are evident and injurious towards Him or OBSS
DIPLOMATIC CORPS
The Diplomatic Corps of the OBSS operates under the jurisdication of the Ministry for Foreign Affairs, providing active and passive representaion for OBSS.
The Diplomatic Corps is composed of Ambassadors, Envoys and Consuls who may be accredited to those States with which OBSS maintains diplomatic relations.
OBSS may issue Diplomatic Passports to its Dignitaries and Members of the Diplomatic Corps, in accordance with the Rules of International Diplomacy
ECCLESIASTICAL COLLEGE
The Ecclesiastical Members of OBSS, who dedicate themselves to the spiritual needs of the Members and who promote the unification of all religion in an ecumenical spirit, are:
the Grand Prelate, the Prelates and the Chaplains.
All Ecclesiastical Members of OBSS form part of the Ecclesiastical
College, presided by the Grand Prelate

NATIONAL COUNCIL
Each Grand Priory is administered by a National Council, presided by the Grand Prior and composed of the following members:

Each Bailiwick is administered by a Regional Council, presided by the Bailiff and composed of the following Members:
Each Priory is administered by a Priory Council presided by the Prior and composed of the following Members:
the Deputy Prior, the Chancellor, the Ceremonist, the Hospitaller, the Cross Bearer, the Sword Bearer, and Standard Bearer. The Chaplain is Member ex-officio
NATIONAL ASSOCIATIONS
The PRINCE GRAND MASTER may set up National Associations in Grand Priories, in accordance with the laws prevailing in that country where they are located, to promote the aims, growth and expansion of the Order.
A Magistal Delegate convenes the National Council of the Grand Priory and delivers the Statute of the National Association, in process of formation, as approved by the Magistral Seat. The Statute is registered by Notarial Deed.
All Members of OBSS, residing in the respective
terittories of the National Associations, may be enrolled in these Associations
